Year 10 had the pleasure of attending the Forest School Careers Fair. The Careers Fair featured a variety of top universities from across the country as well as some of biggest employers from a range of different industries, such as the corporate and public sectors.
Over the period of the afternoon, students had the opportunity to speak to current employees, past and present students and careers advisors from organisations who work with young people.
Our Year 10’s were fantastic in representing our school, but also really put themselves out there in seeking advice on people who were further along their academic and professional journeys. They all came away feeling as if they had left with something valuable and worthwhile after initially feeling a little intimated by the slightly mature crowd.
