This year we are helping Teresa Watts, the pearly Queen of Clapton with a Christmas toy appeal.
We were lucky enough to have Teresa come to Braeside to talk to our Junior pupils about what she does. Teresa talked about how the toy appeal helps families in deprivation, supports the Baby Bank and also sensory toys for SEN children.
Teresa is a social worker and sees daily the deprivation first hand within our communities. Any new toys that can donated will be greatly appreciated and need to be brought into school by Tuesday 12 December.
