This weekend, I travelled to Nottingham with my family to represent England in the Three Nations tournament. I stayed with the England team at the hotel for 2 nights to show we can work together as a team and support one another. On Sunday, I went straight to the finals as there was no one from Scotland and Wales in the Under 48kg weight category. I fought Anya from Sunderland East ABC in the England Team. It was a really good experience as I learned how to be resilient and work as a team. I won a Silver medal in my weight category and I am very proud of myself. As I had fought Anya before, the things I did differently depended on my strength and determination, I used different techniques.
In the future, I want to win a Gold medal in the Olympics for boxing. Eliza, Year 8
