This term, Year 2 have been learning all about travel and transport. To discover how vehicles have changed over time and the fascinating ways in which people have travelled from A to B, the children visited the London Transport Museum in Covent Garden.
They took part in a workshop called ‘Platform Promenade’ which allowed them to step inside a time-travelling machine on an investigative journey through the ages!
They learnt how London changed from a city where people relied on horses to get about, to the amazing invention of the electric train and bus. What a great day!
