Scarlet, Ava, Scarlett and Kristen travelled to Brentwood for the Essex Independent Schools Tennis Tournament. Scarlett and Kristen played in a number of close matches against a number of much larger schools and improved so much throughout the afternoon. Ava and Scarlet were unbeaten in the group stages beating Bancrofts, Felsted, Brentwood and Thorpe Hall.
They faced tough opposition in the final and narrowly lost 4-2 against New Hall School. The pupils should be very proud of themselves for coming runners up in a big competition! Well done!
