As part of World Book Day celebrations, the pupils took part in a number of book related activities throughout the week. Before the half term the children were given a blank mask, and it was their job over the holiday to transform their mask into a book character. The finished masks look great as part of a colourful display in the corridor.
During the week the children all brought in books that they have read that they thought others would enjoy, and swapped them for the books the other children brought in. This was a great way to encourage the pupils to read something new.
